I had a positive experience with the doctor, but, unfortunately, the same cannot be said for his staff, including the front office, the coordinator named Talia, and the billing department. The staff is generally unhelpful, unfriendly, and unresponsive. Despite leaving multiple messages, I never received a call back from Talia. Additionally, the wait times are consistently very long. I believe the quality of a doctor's staff reflects how the doctor chooses to manage his patient care. Due to these issues, if I need another surgery, I will be seeking a different doctor.

Unconditional recommendation for Dr. Peter Cornell. Skilled, professional and an excellent communicator. My surprising diagnosis required a quick plan of action and two back-to-back surgeries. The outpatient surgeries were painless to the point of pleasant. The monitoring of my recovery and progress post-surgery were exceptional. There is no doubt in my mind that if there had been a complication not easily addressed by medication, Dr. Cornell would have had a plan and a "pivot" readily at hand. i have been going to peter j. cornell eye for many many years...their equipment amazing...for surgery, or just an eye exam, i wouldn't go anywhere else...cataract surgery explained in detail, with excellent after care ...easy parking across the street, and a nice selection of glasses...wouldn't go anywhere else..
