I had never had a colonic before but I was severely constipated and laxatives weren't working. Osa was amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and a very good colonic hydrotherapist. My condition was so severe that I had a second session a few days later. OMG, these colonics gave me so much relief!! It was truly shocking how much compacted stool was released. I will definitely be going back periodically. I recommend Optimal Health and particularly OSA.
Spa treatment in a luxurious environment. I've been to others that were not enjoyable. This is a great place. Clean and the people are friendly and professional. One is given insight on diet.
