6 out of 5 stars for Koorosh! If you are in the market for a mortgage broker, I cannot recommend Koorosh enough. He helped my wife and me buy our first home in Los Angeles, and we couldn't have done it without him. From the beginning of our home-buying journey, Koorosh was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. Our situation was slightly more unique and complex than others, but it posed absolutely no challenge to Koorosh. Furthermore, the home we ultimately closed on was a competitive "hot" home where we offered an extremely competitive three-week escrow period. Koorosh took the time to talk to the selling agent to assure him it could be done, and it was! A three-week escrow is no joke, and Koorosh executed it masterfully. We will be using Koorosh for any and all future property purchases and cannot recommend him enough.
There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Koorosh. He is absolutely a shark at what he does. He's sharp, works quickly and extremely knowledgeable.
