​I came in for a detox and retwist and had a great experience. The shop is very professional and efficient. Erlande was wonderful. It was my first day in the area and she was willing to see me last minute at the end of her day. She’s very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on which products to use and which to avoid. She was also great to talk to; we realized we’ve been to many of the same or similar places, which made the session even better. I’m usually tender-headed, but Erlande was very gentle and it wasn't painful. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in the LA area or passing through.
