Lilian is an excellent communicator and a professional. The booking process is user-friendly and easy. I was able to schedule an appointment with ease. There is a parking garage located right next to the building. I was greeted by Roy as soon as I walked in. The environment is relaxing and welcoming. Lilian was very thorough and explained every part of the process in detail. She is a wellness guru! She provided me with an abundance of knowledge, which has helped me with my overall wellness.
