Super clean, staff are super friendly, and scheduling is super simple. I will say, they love to blame the laser treatment not working on customers and regardless of whether or not it is true, it seems pretty insensitive to say "oh you're still growing hair? well it's probably because our procedure is not designed to work well on people with dark skin or who are overweight." I have also run into many issues with nurse practitioner's taking accountability for their mistakes (for example: "no, I did not miss that spot last time you just did not shave it well enough before hand" or "those rough, red, bumpy patches are because you do not exfoliate properly"). The front staff working at the Robertson location are always the friendliest and helpful people.Jessica T, the one who performed my treatment, was not only very kind and professional, but was also very knowledgeable on the entire process, and helped me feel at ease with any questions I had.

The Beverly Hills location is definitely much more professional and organized. I feel I've seen better results at my time here and that they actually care about personalizing my treatment. Good communication as well!
