Got Caviar facial with Amy. She was amazing! Highly recommend! She was gentle and knowledgeable. My skin was totally soft and glowing after the facial. The only thing lacking about all facials at la prairie is some face massage. The facial here seems very product focused. But since I love all products from La Prairie. It was still wonderful.

Decent massage service but i would expect much better. Went in for the couples massage then after we were separated to a womens and mens lounge! They did not have a couples lounge and the tub in the couples massage room was not working.All that aside the lady in the reception was extremely nice and offered me to try the la prairie products then sprayed a "face mist" directly on my eyes which I'm sure was not a face mist cause my eyes burt so bad and it smelled of alcohol perfume.I know she did not mean it but the staff should be aware of the products before using them on costumers especially in a decent place like this.

Cute little spa that wasn’t very busy (I basically had the women’s area to myself). Amenities were a little light— not much other than the steam shower— but served it’s purpose. My hot stone massage by Jordan was amazing & I will def be requesting him if I ever go back.
