The massage services have received mixed feedback; while one guest reported a subpar couples massage, another praised the amazing hot stone massage given by a skilled therapist named Jordan. Natasha, another massage therapist, has gained a strong following for her healing touch, especially for those recovering from injuries. The spa is considered a cute, not-too-busy oasis, serving its purpose well. The massage tables are heated and adjustable, and the spa offers complimentary champagne and snacks, making for a cozy experience. The spa is located on the second floor of the Waldorf Astoria. It’s on the smaller side, with a max occupancy of 34, but honestly, it feels best when there are far fewer guests. The space is beautifully maintained with a very refined, high-end feel.
I booked a 90-minute Relax massage using a gift card. Justin was my therapist, and he was excellent. I shared a few areas to focus on, and he not only addressed them, but worked on them in ways I hadn’t experienced before. Incredible experience! The spa was clean, quiet and beautiful. I had the revive and refresh massage and facial, and everything was perfect. Jordan was able to give my back relief almost instantly and Amy's facial was absolutely divine. The care and concern shown by the practicioners here is such a blessing. I feel and look amazing!!
