***3rd Time's the Charm*** The first time I used them months ago it was a little better than okay & worthy of 3.5 stars. The 2nd time was worthy of 1 star. But. Alfred & Andrew, who have always been very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with on the phone, offered me a discount for my next service visit. Since I'm a major baseball guy, I decided to give them another chance...and if I'm not happy? 3-strikes they're out. I'm very happy to say & write, my most recent experience was exactly what I was hoping for & expected. I was told they were "sending out their best team/crew" and they were correct. The two woman both worked extremely hard for 2 hrs (that's 4hrs of work) they were friendly, had fantastic attitudes and were smiling from the moment they arrived on-time, up until the moment services were completed. Because I was so pleased with them, I gave them a very nice tip, which made them even happier. So please, remember to tip too. I've read some unfavorable reviews here on Yelp and understand there can be problems & issues within the housekeeping industry. Things happen. People have bad days. Some people are just not right or cut out for this job. I've known about LA maids for over 20 years and used them once in while 15 years ago, at a different residence. I was very pleased back then and still today, which is why I reestablished services with them. LA Maids emails price quotes & invoices. They send out email & text reminders for upcoming appointments...and on the day of service, I receive texts when they're on their way...and once again when the job is complete; to avoid any time frame discrepancies. Their prices are reasonable & competitive and scheduling appointments over the phone is seamless. Thank you Alfred & Andrew for your professional & friendly customer service & followup...and stepping up to the plate to keep me as another satisfied customer.

On time asked what needs to be done, then got to work! Did a great job ,good attitude, didn't call or answer cell phone, no half dones, asked me to check the work!Service: Standard cleaning

Prior to the appointment received phone call advising change in the crew assigned. Mario Gardea and his co-worker arrived on time and we reviewed what needed to be done in each room. They both complete all of the requested work in 2 1/2 hours. Extremely pleased with how thorough and fast they worked. After cleaning was completed, they asked if anything else needed to be done. Everything looked and smelled clean!!! Highly recommend LA Maids….very happy customer!Services: Moving-related cleaning
