Honestly was such a shitty experience, I tried seeing Dr. Block twice this year. Each time was virtual because she only sees virtual patients. Each time I waited over an hour before I heard back from the office and was told I couldn't be seen by the doctor after waiting in their telemedicine waiting room for an hour. The second time I called about 20 minutes after the appointment time thinking, did they do this again? I had to call their call number be transferred and then wait and get transferred and wait and wait. Yes, they didn't bother to call me to ask if there was any issues. I had to call them. They then rebooked me again for telemedicine. When I tried to be seen in office they said they didn't have anything for weeks and it of course interfered with my schedule. I waited months for this appointment only to be continually pushed off and not seen. It's a sour experience, and I think the responses are trash from USC, as they have plenty of other doctors but they force you to see the same overbooked doctors. Aside from this experience I had seen Dr. Block once the year prior, and she didn't help me and told me to keep seeing a different doctor. I was again referred to endocrinology in April and it's now going to be August and I'm still waiting just to be seen.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I would give this review 0 stars if I could! The staff is not only extremely rude, the doctors do NOT tell their patients how much the procedure costs are let alone what it's for. My medical records state I was made aware of procedure costs but not only did the doctor not explain the cost, she also didn't explain the procedure would be useless. STAY FAR AWAY

i'm a very demanding patient and have shopped around for the best physicians in west LA. this office delivers consistently prompt and professional service. have remained faithful to the usc system for years now especially as they've worked on reducing wait times. it's also a great convenience for all of my data (regardless of which doctors i've seen) to be centralized. doctors are top notch as well. ive recommended usc to many friends and colleagues. i think the complaints below may be a result of patients being undereducated--and not taking the time to acquaint themselves with the billing process.
