Coraline did an outstanding job fixing a couple of major issues on my hair (including gray hair coverage, undesired orange undertones and a disaster haircut I got from another hair salon).Not only she is extremely kind and pleasant to talk to, but she is also very professional and experienced. I could tell I could trust her right away, and she really listened to me and my concerns while providing a professional opinion. She took the time to discuss everything and understood what I wanted right away. She made sure to get exactly the results I was hoping for (which from my experience isn’t always the case). Outstanding & refreshing experience on all levels. The staff is beyond helpful & thoughtful. Hair colorist Mimi & Fernando were both so generous w their time & talents. I could not be more pleased nor grateful.
