Janelle is absolutely amazing!! I wanted to dye my hair back to my natural light/medium brown color after years of black dye. I originally went to a different salon and ended up leaving with hair darker than what I even came in with. I was told there another stylist wouldn't be able to help me either and my goal color would be impossible to get with anyone. Instead they suggested I just let my natural hair grow out while continuing to cut the black hair off as it did. After that salon visit my hair was in an even harder place to work with after it had been unevenly bleached and then covered up with more black dye.
