Today was my third experience with Colleen and Hearing Help and it's about time I gave her the praise she deserves. The office is delightfully personable and uncrowded, and she runs on time. I noticed some negative pror reviews about office staff, and I have two things to say about this. First I had no problems in the past, but this time there is a new young man at the desk and things went especially well as I had pleaded for a quick appointment for my sister who had a sudden loss of hearing that might have needed immediate medical care. Dr Colleen sees both my son and I and has helped both of us navigate the hearing aid process. Any time we've needed an extra visit or had any concerns she's taken the time to help. Having her expertise has changed both of our lives and allowed us to hear again.

I was recommended hearing help providers by my ENT. My son has one sided hearing loss and needed tubes. Colleen was extremely knowledgeable in matching the correct hearing aid to what he needed. She is one of the few people my ENT trusts to really diagnose hearing loss in pediatrics. She has fitted hundreds of hearing aids and has a lot of experience fine tuning them to exactly match your needs. I've recommended anyone who may need a hearing aid to Colleen. One of the best.
