I had a wonderful experience in Kazumi & Kai’s head spa class! They gave us amazing products and I felt like I learned 10 years of knowledge in one day. They took their time explaining every step, I’m glad it was a small intimate group so we really felt like we got individualized training. Kazumi went into the specifics of business as well and they were so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place

I had been really looking forward to visiting the head spa Nagomi, and when I finally went, the experience was incredible.
The moment I walked in, the atmosphere and the beautiful space made me feel instantly relaxed.

Kai began with a detailed scalp analysis and explained everything so clearly and professionally. His technique during the head spa was exceptional — every movement was skilled, precise, and deeply soothing.
After the treatment, my scalp felt alive, refreshed, and unbelievably light. It was truly the perfect reset.
I’m already looking forward to returning!

I’ve been having head spas in Japan a few times a year and haven’t been able to find a good one in LA- this one is great// the massage, the oils, the healing sound bath— it’s all amazing!! Definitely recommend for those that want to indulge in some pampering and getting a healthy scalp/hair. Chie is definitely my go to! Magic hands-
