I'm extremely satisfied I came all the way here based on the reviews and they are 100% honest and real!! Everyone here from Dr. Bakshandeh to the front desk (I'm sorry I forgot names) is extremely friendly and welcoming! This was my first time and I had a wonderful experience and I do not regret driving 1 hr to get here and will gladly repeat in the future. Dr. Bakshandeh takes her time with you and makes sure to address every single one of your needs and makes you feel very comfortable in the entire process and she does not upsell or force you into treatments you do not need. If dermatology had a rockstar it would be Dr. Bakshandeh. She cured my acne. The whole thing was super smooth and the very kinda lady at the front desk got it all covered by my insurance.
