Green Clean team is awesome.The mgmt team (Kari et al) are well organized. I can call , they pick up the phone and I can organize the cleaning with a clear check list of what will and will not be cleaned.We started using them to clean our house after firing our previous cleaners (Earth Organic Cleaning Services - don't use them lol ) whose service greatly dropped over time. Our neighbor recommended GreenTeam as he uses them for his house and business.When the cleaners came, Karen and team were awesome. They go through the checklist to confirm everything before they start - the cleaning was detailed and job well done. Friendly, articulate, and highly detailed team and service . A+!
They do a generally good job, so I'm giving the 3 stars. But the billing is very frustrating. 9 months (!) after the service, I got emails in red saying "2nd notice! Past due!"Huh? I pay my bills, did I not pay this? Umm, I don't remember getting a 1st notice. Maybe they failed to bill me? (And it's not much fun getting these notices for deadbeats with threatening type in big red font, "past due", etc.).So I responded back - can we please discuss? I'm confused. Nothing - no response. Then 6 weeks later, out of blue, a repeat email, plus a text, too. This is now 10 months after the service. What goes on over there?Finally got them on the phone. "We sent you invoices 13 times!" they said. Huh? Where'd you send them? And they give me the wrong email address. We got it straightened out and they were nice about it. But I've spent time 2 months ago, and again today researching my bank and credit card accounts, following up with them, etc. Hassle. But all good now . . .
I recently completed a kitchen, master bath, and master closet remodel while living in the home, so my home was in need of a DEEP cleaning. The construction company I went with did a crappy job sealing off areas that needed to be sanded, so there was construction dust EVERYWHERE and it was driving me nuts. I was expecting to need several passes with a cleaning service for my house to feel clean again... went with Greener Cleaner, and I'm definitely impressed. Not only was there not a speck of dust anywhere, they deep cleaned and organized every nook and cranny of the house. My kids room was complete chaos and they tidied it up to look like a window display at Pottery Barn Kids. I'm also a borderline crazy plant lady and they managed to clean all around my plants without disturbing any of them. And that was just after the first pass. Also, the 2 gals that came were very sweet and smiling and respectful of my home. I'm really glad I tried them out, and have signed up to get routine cleaning service from them. Highly recommend!
