I received excellent customer service from the salon. Elgin was truly a master with my cut and he was very time efficient. I enjoyed the conversation, the ambiance, the music, and the products used - I could tell they were of great quality. Tiffany also provided me with excellent customer service. She was wonderful and considerate - I don't recall her being heavy-handed at all and I appreciated her attention to detail. My hair felt happy in their care, and well tended to. Parking was very easy, as there is a lot with easy access. I was in an out in an expedited manner, yet I received full service treatment.

Elgin does gorgeous work. He's always been able to color, cut and weave my hair. He puts up with me undoing the weaves after a month because it's hard for me to sleep on weaves, but his work is top notch and don't let anyone say otherwise.

You probably won't remember me but I was one assistant. years ago you came too International school of cosmetology in Hawthorne you always gave me words of wisdom that continues too carry me in this business. I've been in business now for 12 years I Thank you!
