I was greeted on entry, and taken back for my appointment on time. No one offered me anything to drink, but I did see others with a beverage. When we went back to the stylist's chair I told her that my hair was very fine and flat and didn’t hold curls really well. After a nice shampoo, she gave my hair a light spritz of something, and blew it dry. She used a curling iron to make loose waves and then asked if I even wanted hairspray when she was finished. I said “yes!” because she hadn’t used any other product since the spritz. I paid and walked the 12 minutes to my hotel. This salon is in Beverly Hills on Canon Drive with parking conveniently located across the street. I had three positive experiences at this salon during the week of June 5 - a week during which LA experienced unprecedented humidity. Jessica at the front desk was kind, courteous, professional and responsive. Allegra is a great stylist who provided me with a perfect dry style. Johanna is detail-oriented and a great listener - she gave my hair exactly the type of volume I desired. And the kind gentleman at the front desk, can't remember his name, touched up my hair neatly.
