The treatment I received, unfortunately, did not help me. However, my initial appointment was pleasant—the nurse was very kind and knowledgeable, and Dr. Schwartz was also kind and professional.
The follow-up before the treatment was fine overall, though I wish there had been more transparency about the pre-treatment sign-off process. I ended up needing to drive there the day before the procedure (about 1.5 hours in traffic, one way), which required me to take additional time off work and caused some stress due to last-minute changes in my schedule.

Total Lipedema Care (TLC) Dr. Jaime Schwartz, Dr. Karen Herbst, and all the staff are the most amazing people I have ever met! They have been and are still so helpful to me and my family. I will not go anywhere else!
