Arrived from Australia looking slightly homeless after 12 weeks in hard lockdown and placed myself in Brads capable hands. Masks were worn by clients and Staff which made me comfortable. Colour and cut was great as was the conversation. New owners were friendly and helpful adding to the cheery vibe . Excellent coffee downstairs is an added bonus!
Rachel is very good. She asks a lot of questions to be sure that she has a clear understanding of what you want. The salon is clean. Everyone is professional and following COVID protocol: in addition to wearing masks, there is no eating or drinking in the salon; there are plastic partitions between stations; and everyone is very respectful of everyone else's space. I do not live in LA or I would go there regularly. I bought a Groupon and was very satisfied. Thank you Rachel! It was a pleasure spending time with you!
