The actual electrologists at Dana Elise provided me great service and overall made the process a lot easier than it might have been otherwise. For their sake I'm leaving as high a review as I am, and would leave a higher rating for them alone.
However, the front desk manager and scheduling coordinator Gayl is unbelievably rude, to the point that it would laughable if it weren't completely unacceptable. She's short with customers, snaps at them over simple questions, interrupts to speak over them, and makes assumptions when they try to answer her blunt questions with any sort of nuance, becoming visibly irritated when they have to correct her.
