I had to stop going. The woman at the front desk is loud, hot tempered and unfair. I tip well over 25 percent. I’ve been coming since 2008 without issue. Every time I earn a free 1 hour, I give the money directly to the therapist as a tip. I don’t know what I could have done to be met with such disdain when I asked that the hot water bucket be raised a bit higher because putting my legs below my body hurt my back more than massage can help it. She literally had a cow with horns when I asked her. She also tries to stray from what is in writing (free 1 hour massage when you buy x) and what has been agreed upon (choosing a massage from a menu with the price right by it). Twice she had tried to overcharge me. You can’t even reason with her or ask her a question. Period.

Reviews
I’ve been coming to Aurora for many years. Always excellent service. I always pay it forward, bringing a friend to share the experience. On my most recent visit I brought my 3 cousins visiting from out of town. We all needed this Nirvana Massage, ooh my goodness the best. We all experienced the same awesomeness!!! Aurora you are the best!!!
George is an absolute God! I am ao thrilled that I took a chance on this place during my lunch as it is literally accross the street from my office. The prices are quite reasonable - especially given the location (Beverly Hills - ooh la la). I will most definitely become a regular! Thank you!!
