“First of all her name is Homa and I need to say, normally I get great service, fun loving stylists, a great haircut and overall great service and I go there regularly. But two of the last 3 times I’ve went in I’ve gotten terrible service, attitude, and a butchered haircut. Both times she didn’t listen to what I wanted. Seemed like she had her own opinion on what she wanted to do to get me out of the chair ASAP. I mean she had me in and out of her chair before the hair hit the ground.
