Lisa is an absolute gem! My hair has been through a lot from years of dyeing, bleaching, and frequent heat styling, so I came in with orange-toned box dye and a goal of going as light as possible without bleaching my entire head or damaging my hair. Lisa truly delivered.

She is incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to understand what you want, and is honest about what is achievable while still keeping your hair healthy. I felt completely confident in her hands throughout the entire process. My hair turned out even better than I imagined, healthy, beautifully toned, and exactly the shade I was hoping for.
