Worthy is an absolute gem of a sanctuary. I go here regularly for the sauna and red light therapy. The space is beautiful, and I feel my body start to relax when I first enter the space. The people who work here are so friendly and easy going. In our modern day life in this hustle and bustle, I love coming here after a busy day at work. I leave feeling rejuvenated and grounded, before going back home to my family.

Worthy Studio Self-Care is fabulous. I have had a few services over the last months: NMS Face and today full Red Light. All experience have been wonderful. The team and consultants are great, feel welcomed and cared for. They do great job, highly recommend.
If you're wanting to get some issues addressed for skin and wellness - this is place to go. The services are non-evasive and use top technology. You will see improvement over time. I will try more services soon.
