I have been a Warby Parker customer for years for both reading glasses and dark glasses. Recently an issue arose over new readers that had a prescription glitch following the eye exam. Warby Parker provided AT NO COST a second eye exam, two remakes of the lenses, and another follow up with the Optician to ensure that the glasses were perfect for my needs. One Customer Representative, Fay, did forensic analysis to diagnose and correct measurement discrepancies and lens composition to ensure that my glasses were absolutely 100% right for my reading and comfort. Warby Parker does business the old fashioned way: thoroughly professional from start to finish.

Wonderful fast walk in service. I asked the ladies name and I forgot it but she was so friendly and fast. I had ran out of my contacts I had my prescription with me and she made it super easy thank you!

I had a fabulous experience. The young sales woman was incredible. She sized up my face and gave me a tray of frames for smaller faces. She picked up a frame and had me try it on, and it was perfect. I ended up buying that frame after trying on several others. It was fun and very easy.
