I've been a client of SEVEN:THIRTY since 2019, and Shannon truly transformed my skin. When a laser disaster left me with severe breakouts months before my wedding while living abroad, Shannon went above and beyond to provide emergency email support until I could return for proper treatment. She guided me through everything - skincare routines, dietary advice, safe makeup choices, and even what to drink at my bachelorette party to avoid breakouts. Her expertise went far beyond typical skincare advice, and thanks to her practical solutions, I had clear, beautiful skin on my wedding day. What sets this clinic apart is their deep expertise with acne - they have the knowledge and confidence to tackle challenging skin conditions that other estheticians avoid. Unlike many clinics that only focus on topical treatments, SEVEN:THIRTY takes a comprehensive approach, addressing diet, supplements, and lifestyle factors that impact skin from the inside out. The entire team is wonderful. Now that I'm back in town, I've been really happy to resume regular facials with Shannon and Laila. Their products work beautifully too. After 5+ years as a client, this is hands down the best investment I've made in my skin. If you're struggling with acne, don't waste time elsewhere - SEVEN:THIRTY has the knowledge and dedication to actually solve your skin problems!

I cannot say enough good things about this esthetician group—they are truly miracle workers! I’ve been coming here since my undergraduate days at UC Berkeley over a decade ago, and their facials have been an absolute game-changer for my skin. Through every stage of my life—college stress, post-grad transitions, career changes, and beyond—they have been my go-to skincare sanctuary.

Their expertise, care, and consistency are unmatched. Each facial is customized and effective—not only clearing up breakouts but leaving my skin radiant and balanced. They don’t just treat your skin; they educate, empower, and support you on your skincare journey with so...read full review

I booked a 45-min back treatment with Shannon, and the experience could not be even more perfect. The spa/clinic was light-filled with minimal aesthetics. Luckily their location was not terrible to find, as there was ample street parking. When I walked in, the warm and friendly receptionist greeted and made me feel right at home. Throughout my visit, Shannon shared me with her wealth of knowledge of the various AHAs as well as retinoid products. I love that we were able to geek out on which products to use to achieve brightening effects. She also made some recommendations based on my skin type such as mandelic acid instead of glycolic acid for gentle exfoliation. Without trying to oversell me her products, she suggested that I try over-the-counter Nizoral antifungal wash for possible white-heads that pop up occasionally as well as prescription tretinoin since I had a few hyperpigmented spots that I wanted to fade/brighten. Given it was my first time there, she did allow me to use my credit card to pay but informed me that she only accepted cash or checks to help keep operating costs down. Since my back issues were minor based on her assessment, I did not schedule a return visit. I so very much appreciate her sound and scientifically backed advice (I also follow various certified dermatologists on IG for general aging skin care maintenance); I definitely will be making a visit if future skin issues arrive!
