I've been working with a couple therapists for spinal nerve issues. The therapists are knowledgeable and very helpful, and willing to work with your schedule and preferences. They may try a variety of different techniques in order to help ease immediate pain and build up the needed strength to prevent it going forward.
Getting in touch over the phone can be hit or miss as the line is often busy, but they are usually good about calling back if you leave a message. Alternatively, you can go visit them and chat with the front desk in-person – the staff are a delight.

I highly recommend SOL Physical Therapy in Berkeley on Fourth St. The facility is nice. I am working with Aaron and Damien. They are knowledgeable, understanding, listens to your concerns and recommends the appropriate therapy plan. I had hip replacement surgery and my recovery has been excellent under their guidance. My one comment is that it was hard to get in as quickly as I wanted and appointments are not always readily available. However, they make every attempt to accommodate your schedule.
