I first studied yoga in 1968...through the years I tried yoga classes, yoga books and yoga videos. Till I met Sierra I either lost interest or ended up hurting myself. Since I met Sierra I have done yoga nearly every day. I have taken her classes and private lessons . She has a great intuitive sense of working within the student's strengths and limitations. She is knowledgeable of many aspects of yoga including meditation and breath work and since she is an excellent masseuse she knows the inner workings of bone, muscle and tendons in every yoga posture. rick

Sierra is completely wonderful, amazing, delightful, knowledgable, flexible and so in tune with the body! She is truly intuitive, not just from an intuition standpoint but she is an intuitive. There are not many of us intuitives out there and it was so wonderful to meet a kindred spirit. I have a sciatic nerve injury from several years ago. My lower back and leg were in severe pain and I could hardly walk. Sierra worked with me for a few sessions and I felt like a completely new woman. All the pain was completely gone, I could move normally and literally felt 10 years younger. In the very short time I've known you Sierra I feel like we're sisters. I recently had the opportunity to indulge in a Thai massage with Sierra. Indulge is the right word! Thai massage is such a beneficial type of massage during these stressful times, and Sierra does a beautiful job. She took time to listen to what I needed and areas of concern before we started, and she actually did what I asked. I'm a petite woman, and most massage therapists don't want to "break" me so they end up not using enough strength. Sierra was not afraid to be strong! The stretching poses and routines she used exactly addressed the issues I described... lower back... IT band... etc. I left feeling heard and healed. I'll be back!
