Great experience with cleaning my husband's fine dress suit and silk tweed sports jacket. Not a chemical cleaners is why we chose this. Since he hasn't worn any of these kinds of fancy clothes in YEARS (going to Millennial weddings now!) the price tag for cleaning didn't stun us!
Cannot recommend this place enough! They are honest about their capabilities, and willing to do their best. I rarely go to the dry cleaners, but I accidentally ran my laundry through the dryer with a lipstick in it, and got lipstick splatters all over my clothes (linen, wool, cotton). I initially took the clothes to Virginia Cleaners, who flat out refused to take it. When I went to Sew Clean Dry Cleaners, they were honest in saying they might not be able to get the stains out, but they were willing to try for $10 a piece. Since there were a lot of small stains, it was a lot of work -- but they were able to get all the stains out! I liked that they were upfront with me but willing to try.
