Marcos and his company painted the exterior and interior of my Redwood Heights home several years ago and I have been raving about the wonderful job they ever since. I recommend them highly.More recently, I needed some emergency caulking done when rain was predicted, and Marcos and his son came right over and took care of it. I can't say enough good things about Marco and Royal Painting!

We hired Marcos and his team to do an interior painting job for our new home and we are so pleased. I initially found Marcos via a rave Nextdoor recommendation.Marcos and a few competitors came out to bid on the job while the house was still in escrow. Marcos' rate was competitive and he could fit us immediately after our projected closing date. Unfortunately, our lender ended up taking forever and our closing date was pushed back several times. I had to reschedule three different times with Marcos and he remained flexible and never made me feel bad for inconveniencing him.Well the day finally came when the house closed. He and his crew did the interior project in 3 days, as he projected initially. They were on time, very clean with their work (he took his shoes off to go inside the house), and were extremely detailed.I also ended up expanding the scope of the work by quite a bit from our initial consultation. Marcos only asked for 10% more to cover the additional work, which was entirely reasonable.
