Alok is an experienced movement facilitator and bodyworker who has a passion for helping people find more freedom in their body. His therapeutic treatments can include Acupressure, Shiatsu, Craniosacral, and Thai Massage. With the spirit of Metta (loving kindness), Alok intuitively customizes each treatment while listening to his client's needs. With a lifetime study of yoga and a degree in exercise physiology, Alok's style is especially effective in releasing back, neck and shoulder tension by creating more space in the joints. Alok also leads workshops and retreats with his partner Anjuli which include Yoga, Breathwork, Thai Massage, Animal Flow and transformational nature experiences.
