This should be -5 stars I hired Nasa Heating in 2019 to replace my water heater and a 70 year old furnace. They were the cheapest in four estimates and of course you get what you pay for. They were fine with the removal, but when it comes to the installation their attention to detail, common sense and customer service are totally unprofessional: 1. For the furnace main trunk line, instead of straight shot with minimal angles, they tried to cut corners and cobble bends to connect to an existing duct--which I made them redo. 2. The furnace exhaust pipe on their first pass was installed head height and Chris insisted that it needed to be that low so the moisture can drain... read full review

We messaged NASA through Yelp after reading its reviews and Chris answered saying they could help and that they could come on the follow day evening. We replied immediately confirming the appointment and we sent him our address. However, he didn't reply anymore, not even the phone calls or messages we sent asking him what time he would come. We are renting our unit and it's not easy for us to schedule with the tenants a time to let an electrician come in, so NASA definitely disappointed us and they are not reliable at all. We do not recommend them.

Chris and his crew were great to work with. Very professional and the work was well done. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and how fast everything came together. He responded to my texts quickly, was able to work me into his schedule the same week and finished a day early. Overall I am very pleased with the work and will call again when I have future projects. Thanks again Chris!!
