Vivian is the best! I wanted to color my hair for the first time and went to Vivian based on a recommendation. I was extremely nervous, having not been to a salon in my entire life, but she made me feel welcome, we talked about what I wanted, and most of all I had fun! She's an engaging, passionate person who always makes sure I am happy with the results. I've never made her life easy, because I come up with fleeting hair color combinations on a whim, but she always kills it anyway. I've pretty much hit every color in the rainbow with her out of the blue and she always manages to make it work. The most notable story about her character: I tried to remove color out of my hair on my own a day before my business meeting and ended up looking like a disney cartoon skunk. I called her and she stayed late, working on my hair so I wouldn't look like a fool for my client. In no measurable way is that her duty or a service expected, but that is the type of person she is. She is a caring, talented person that I'm lucky to call my friend and you will not find a better option than Vivian or the crew at Lola.
