Everybody in the administrative office has been very helpful. I’ve had several positive experiences working with Ms. Tania Ramirez in the Richmond location who has assisted me on multiple occasions. She is responsive, efficient, and consistently follows through to get things taken care of. Whenever an issue comes up, she gets right on it and works diligently to help resolve it.
