The experience was awesome, serene, and very professional. She started off telling me about the process, what will happen during the process and the end of the process. She made me feel comfortable and even ask me during any time do I have any questions. She had a cuttery bored with hors d'oeuvres on them waiting for me and soft music playing in the background. Fun girls outing. Very pretty decor. Host was amazing. I would definitely come again. Pricing isn't bad and the experience was definitely one for the books.

I never actually received the service. First off I should have been skeptical because they requires a deposit, most professional don’t require a deposit before you even receive the services. Long story short, I had an emergency and called the day of my appointment to reschedule for safety reasons. I encountered one of the rudest owners o have ever spoken with. She informed me that I could reschedule with another deposit as my deposit was forfeited because I called the same day, I was floor. This is the new way of “stealing” from consumers by requesting a deposit and not rendering the service. It is poor customer service and bad business practices. Be very careful... read full review
