iPhone Repair Care+

Iphone 14 pro had a dark screen but wasn't dead. He was very sure that the issue was just the screen, and that he had the part, and it would be done shortly. I stuck around and watched him work - pry it open, a little heat, some screw removal, and then he showed me that the screen was already a replacement screen which the previous repairperson had installed and failed to remove the plastic coating, in all likelihood causing its current failure. Put the new screen on and that was it. 10-15 minutes or so total and that was with me distracting him. I appreciate his dedication, skill and humor as well.

Gave a student discount, was done super quick, gave me additional stuff free of charge, and even charged my phone. He is super respectful, kind, and efficient. Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏 I will come again if my phone is ever broken.
