Every time I go here I can trust them to do a great job. They haven't disappointed me. I went to see the new Dr. she paid so much attention to detail, great bedside manner, and was thoughtful.
Her PA was great, too. Made me feel comfortable throughout the painful process.
Beauty is pain, but they have great numbing products lol.
Just finished a 5-series IPL focused on rosacea and am very happy with the results. Have had such a positive experience here. Kylie and her team are lovely to work with and really care about getting the work right.
The entire office, and Kylie Kofler in particular, are incredibly professional and warm. I initially made an appointment with Kylie for a skin reaction that was keeping me up at night. She was so understanding, made me feel heard, and provided a clear plan for the next eight weeks. Thankfully, the reaction resolved within a few weeks. Kylie has also been very responsive over email whenever I’ve had follow-up questions. She’s knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to communicate with — I highly recommend her!
