It was a good experience with the staff at Norcal Dermatology. I liked it, however, more when Dr. Icecreamwala was there. Now it doesn't have the same feel or warmth. It feels less friendly.
After several attempts at calling to schedule an appointment, I almost gave up. Their answering service was so unprofessional and the people were not friendly at all. Luckily, I got through and got to see Hillary today and she was wonderful. She understands my concerns and I trust her completely. She’s my reason for my return visits. Very sweet lady!
I've been going to NorCal Dermatology for several years (previously under the name Icecreamwala Dermatology) and have always been satisfied by the professionalism and care from everyone in the practice. Most recently, I was seen by Shareefa Saleh who immediately impressed me as an insightful and skilled practitioner. It's also clear that this office works hard to maintain a schedule to minimize waiting. Added to that, the front desk and billing are helpful and parking is generally available in the area. Good on all points.
