Made an appointment. Rep flaked. Rushed to store to place order just to be met with an attitude at the front desk. Asked if there was an issue or reason for the bad attitude and was told, “yes, it’s 30 minutes before closing.” Last time I checked, that means you’re open.. Avoid this joke of a “business.” Management should consider removing female employee with glasses at front desk. She just lost you a $20k sale.
I ordered 15 windows, a sliding door, and a bifold patio door with Golden State Berkeley. Throughout the process, David Gregory was amazing. Super knowledgeable, helpful and generous with his time. I would often come into his office without an appointment and sit down with him for 20 or 30 minutes to go over my order. He gave me a ton of advice, and helped me realize substantial savings by changing some of the window sizes that my architect had specified to slightly smaller or larger standard sizes, saving about a hundred or so on each window.

Made an appointment with James for a weekday morning in their SF showroom. He flaked on us and then asked us to come to the Berkeley showroom instead. He showed us the some of the windows. Then we worked with Nathan to get the windows and door ordered. The items we ordered showed up about 5 weeks later but they were all the wrong size by a couple inches. My wife called them and they expected us to just accept the wrong size windows and door. Then our designer told us she had another client that just had the same issue.
