I have never felt so much reassured by a body worker as I feel with Troy. Every time I come in, and he's working on my body to restore old patterns of tension building that have resulted in lack of energy, chronic pain in certain areas, and other problems. He is clear and focused and knows what to do. After the first session, I experienced such a remarkable difference in my energy levels. Usually after the end of the week, I have to collapse and replenish my energy, but now I could continue and enjoy my time off and away from work.

I was recommended to Troy by a friend after injuring my back. I am typically someone who tough it out and let time do the healing, but my back pain was particularly nagging, and rest over a weekend did not bring relief like my previous bouts with this type of injury. Across multiple sessions with Troy, he took time to understand the nature of my injury and characteristics of my pain and based on that developed a treatment plan that relieved my pain substantially since my injury. Troy is a brilliant mind, a good friend, and a genuinely and absolutely kind person. He is an expert in traditional shiatsu. He has helped me and many of my loved ones easy their pain, grief, and tension even in just one session, and gets through even to the skeptical. Many will call the practice painful, but indeed it’s more like intense pressure. For many it is a last resort and saving grace, but if you are lucky enough to find shiatsu at the beginning of your healing journey you are in the best hands here. I would recommend Troy to anyone, any age, any issue.
