I am incredibly grateful for Cooper Hawkins for the repair and installation of 3 HVAC units in our new home. We moved into a condo where the HVAC units need to be compatible with the building's water systems and the prior owner went rogue and installed an unvetted unit. We reached out to Copper Hawkins to assess our AC unit. Don came over to our home and made great recommendations to help us cool down without having to replace our existing unit. I appreciated his professionalism, punctuality, and most importantly his honesty. He did mention that our AC unit was small for our home, but he did not push us on purchasing a new unit. He mentioned to follow his initial recommendations and from there determine whether or not we want to invest in a larger unit. We followed his advice and it worked! We didn't have to invest into a new unit. It's rare to find honest companies these days.
