Really helpful employees from the moment you enter the store! Welcome you and let you look without any rush. I went to a few other stores before and experienced the employees trying to sell sth immediately. In this one I had the feeling they tried to find the best fit for me. Let me try various glasses. I called For Eyes because they take my insurance, and the friendly receptionist told me she could make a same day appointment for me after work, which I loved because it's can be hard to find places that will stay open late for medical appointments. When I came in, I was greeted by the lovely assistant in the back area, who checked me in and took my preliminary tests. She was so friendly, welcoming, and funny, and we actually had a good laugh together while she got me set up for my appointment. Dr Lam was kind and a total joy to have my appointment with.
