When I dropped off my car, they paid for a Lyft to take me home, and they kept me updated every single day. The repairs were done at their shop, and I was pleasantly surprised when they returned my car two days earlier than the expected date. Chris was calling me to to update me. My car was repaired extremely well, excellent work. I highly recommend this collision shop. Please go there; you will be satisfied.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision in Berkeley, CA. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. My car was repaired in about one week, which exceeded my expectations. Chris was awesome, he kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled properly. I also want to recognize Joanna, the General Manager. This location did a phenomenal job repairing my vehicle after a not at fault accident. They completed the repairs in a very timely manner (even during the holidays) and returned it looking brand new.
Huge shoutout to Irene, she provided perfect customer service and helped every step of the way. She was a great advocate for my car when the at fault insurance was trying to cut corners. Highly recommend this location!
