Everyone at Caliber was so helpful, especially during a bit of a bummer moment for me. They were caring, explained everything, and made the process easy to understand. Special shout out to Juan for getting my car back on the road!

I was rear-ended and connected to Caliber via State Farm. I’ve never experienced “too much follow-up” from an auto shop before but I must’ve gotten 20+ texts and voicemails over the next few days from different people trying to get me scheduled ;) Once I took my car in, Chris at Shattuck was absolutely fantastic. The repair needed less than I thought (didn’t have to replace), was reasonably priced, and was ready a day early - so awesome. He was also very generous in helping advise/address two other things while I was there. Will be sending everyone I know his way!

Getting in a car accident is very stressful. Dealing with insurance companies is very stressful. Which is why I’m extra thankful for this Caliber location! They are just a complete pleasure to work with, and it was such a relief to have my car in their hands. They made me feel like I had someone in my corner who I could trust. I’ll be sending everyone I know to them. Thank you! 🙏🏻
