I was rear-ended and connected to Caliber via State Farm. I’ve never experienced “too much follow-up” from an auto shop before but I must’ve gotten 20+ texts and voicemails over the next few days from different people trying to get me scheduled ;) Once I took my car in, Chris at Shattuck was absolutely fantastic. The repair needed less than I thought (didn’t have to replace), was reasonably priced, and was ready a day early - so awesome. He was also very generous in helping advise/address two other things while I was there. Will be sending everyone I know his way!
