We had a last-minute need for an apple technician at our event at UC Berkeley. They sent someone right away and also repaired a macbook that was giving us issues. Very professional and friendly.
These guys rock! My computer had ben crashing and running really slow. It turns out one of the memory chips was defective. They replaced it and upgraded my computer memory. Running flawlessly!
