After spending over five hours with online tech support services with no successful resolution of the many issues on my Asus laptop, I discovered Berkeley Laptop Repair. They picked up my laptop. I was very pleased with how they kept troubleshooting the various issues that popped up due to the unsuccessful fixes by former techs on antivirus, speakers, zoom, windows, and screen pad. I had a hard drive crash and was in a bind. The team at BLR were very helpful, even picking up and dropping off the laptop to me at home. Within 48 hours, I was back in full swing! Thankful to have such a solid team nearby to make challenging situations, well, less challenging!
Needed a cooling fan replaced on an HP laptop I inherited from my previous job when IT replaced them all with new Dells and stopped supporting the older HPs. Alex quoted me a fair price, ordered the part, came and picked up the laptop when the new fan arrived, did the installation, clean up the laptop,and returned it the next morning.
