Clara and team are absolutely amazing. She assisted designing and managing our kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel and furnishing our entire home. She has a beautiful eye for design and will tailor to your style while keeping functionality in mind. She is unbelievably organized and responsive which is so rare in this space, must be her ex-lawyer skills :) Even when the job was finished she would check in to ensure we were still happy with the work after living in it awhile. I would hire Clara and team in a heartbeat for any future design work.

This review is overdue, but now that my family and I have had time to live in our house with Clara's improvements, I appreciate even more her design and aesthetic. We bought a house 2 years ago in the Bay Area with some eclectic designs that we wanted to modernize / make more cohesive. In particular, we wanted help with furnishing, lighting, and some hardware for a large portion of the house, including a sizable addition. We were also on a fairly tight budget (since we had just bought a house in the Bay Area...). Clara's suggestions on painting and her sourcing all turned out beautiful and have greatly improved our space, both functionally and visually. The material for the rug and couch in the family area is durable and easy to clean spills (in 2 years there have been a lot), the artwork in the kid room is still adorable but not too childish and can stay for years to come, etc. --there was a lot of thought put into her work and it is much appreciated. I'll be the first to admit that I'm picky and cautious, so I very much appreciate her and her staff's patience and professionalism. She also came in under budget, and I would be happy to work with her again (especially on a kitchen renovation...check out her Instagram!)

Creative, strong communicator, organized and dependable. We hired Clara to help us with a whole home renovation project for a house built in 1913. We wanted to be respectful to the original design while making the home more contemporary. Clara took care to understand our preferences and she made amazing recommendations. She helped us with tile, paint, materials selection, lighting, furniture selection, renovation ideas various and sundry, and just generally was super competent, timely, reliable, professional and creative. Partway through the project, my general contractor flaked. This had nothing to do with Clara, but when I needed someone to reset the project, gather all of the sub-contractors together and drive the project forward -- Clara was there to fix everything and get the project done and over the line. My wife and I are delighted with the outcome. The house is beautiful, we absolutely love it. Clara is not only a wonderful interior designer, but she's also completely dependable.
