Aarvaks is a go-to resource for our entire family. Unless it's steaming hot outside, we get a warm feeling from calling them, and if it's sweltering, they're cool. What more can I say?
Glen was very honest and helpful in leading the diagnostics, and then doing the install, for the draft inducer motor for our 23 year-old furnace. Phil, who came out and did the initial diagnostic visit, was also very friendly and helpful. Recommended.For whoever may need to hear this: Diagnostics and repairs for mechanical issues of all kinds, but especially older stuff, can be tricky business. Be nice and try to be a good communicator, and it might help bring some good luck when it comes to your repair needs.
I had such a positive experience getting my heating issue diagnosed and repaired quickly and reasonably. I called a few other places before Aarvaks and then remembered they had done previous work for me. My heat stopped working completely and every other place told me the earliest they could look at it was a week. Aarvaks gave me an appointment a few days later and then called the next day when their schedule opened up. The owner Jeff was so friendly and quickly got to the root of the problem and had my heat working in no time! I will definitely use Aarvaks again!
