I have been getting my 2020 330i serviced and maintained by Joe since I purchased it early 2023. He is a true professional and is always happy to answer any questions I have. His work timeline has been 100% accurate so far, plus he provides me with updates so I never need to worry about anything. Also has great recommendations and advice if needed. I stay in Vallejo but even if I were to stay further away, I'd say the trip to Roundel Autoworks is worth it. Highly recommended!

Joe’s quote, timeline and explanation of work being done matched exactly what was in the end. No surprises, no nonsense. Honest hard working gentleman who knows Mini & BMW’s. In my opinion, definitely the best in the business, Joe is remarkable. He is very knowledgeable, competent, and provide great customer service. He knows his stuff when it comes down to BMW and mini Cooper. I highly recommend joe at Roundel Autowork. trust me, you won't be disappointed!
