I went in with concerns about my undereye area, and Janeeh was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the treatments she has to offer. I really appreciated her taking the time to explain a longevity-focused plan—she focused on 'doing it right' to address the skin laxity rather than just offering a temporary quick fix.

We decided on a series of PRF and XERF treatments. I was a bit nervous for the PRF, but Janeeh made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed at every step. “I highly recommend this spa! I have been researching beneficial red light therapy and this spa offers a higher level of light therapy that is hard to find. I love that they have the beds that you can go into to do your whole body. These devices would cost so much to purchase, it’s better to come here as you can also go into the sauna and showers after. if I lived closer I’d want to do that every single day!
Now, the sauna is pretty epic. They offer iPads for your viewing pleasure , which you can hold or place in a cabinet to watch, hands free.
Honestly, this spa is nice because I go to the sauna at my gym and you could not do that there, nor have your phone or music.
Here, they offer infrared options and you can go through the color options which are beneficial in many different ways.
I love that there is a private room where you can leave your phone, your belongings amd have complete privacy. I really liked the mint cool towel, such a nice and much needed amenity.
I thought that my ipad might be too loud for my friend that was in the room next to me but she said she couldn’t hear anything, I love that!
honestly if I live closer I would definitely have a membership and want to sneak over all the time.
I also enjoyed the shower experience after because it was super clean, modern stylish, and they give you plenty of towels, etc..
